The Beach House is the solitary house in the remarkable setting of Arthur Bay (Location Map). It has no neighbours, surrounded instead by the beach, ocean, hoop pines and majestic craggy boulders.

The house is bathed in tranquility. Nature's stereo plays in the background as waves crash against the shore and ocean breezes waft through the interior.

Facing the south-east, the sunrises bathe the house in light. Interior timber walls glisten with the reflection of natural light and the whole place oozes warmth and charm.

Upstairs, the kitchen, overlooking the ocean, is a delight. It is modern, sleek and user-friendly, having black granite benchtops with under-slung sink bowls. A small bar area feeds out to the dining-living areas.

Cathedral style ceilings create a roofline that is a feature in itself. Two bedrooms each with its own ensuite, open out onto the balcony which runs the length of the house on the ocean side.

A huge boulder dominates downstairs, with a plasma screen and black leather sofas to its left and a discreetly located office in a nook in front of the boulder.

Behind the rock is a third bedroom with ensuite. Further along is a self-contained unit with its own small kitchen-living area, bedroom, walk-through robe and ensuite.
