During 2008, guest configurations ranged from 2Adults 1Child), to 4A4Ch, 6A2Ch and so on to 8A2Ch.  The longest stay in 2008 was for 15 nights.  There is currently a booking for 21 nights in 2010 which, if not reduced, will set a record hard to break.

In 2008, guests came from within Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, USA and UAE (United Arab Emirates).  During 2009 some of our booked guests are from Germany, Qatar, USA and Canada.  One party of recent guests arrived at Arthur Bay by boat.  However, mooring a boat at Arthur Bay is only safe when the weather is mild and the seas peaceful.   A number of our 2009 bookings are for return guests, which is gratifying to the owners.

The Beach House was used in 2008 mainly for family holidays, birthday celebrations, gathering of friends from different cities, bridal parties who held their large reception elsewhere, and bridal parties who held their small reception outdoors at Arthur Bay (absolute maximum numbers have been set at 40 for receptions at The Beach House).  A function fee applies.
