January 7th, 2009Feedback from guests of possums invading the house at night prompted the installation of a number of Crimsafe screen doors and windows. This enables most glass doors to remain open at night for guests who enjoy the sound of the ocean waves tumbling to the shore; and for those who prefer sea breezes to airconditioners in their bedrooms at night.
New stackable glass sliding doors now provide a far greater span of open space from the living/dining area out on to the patio overlooking the ocean.
Two new shower cubicles have been installed (one in the rock bedroom ensuite, and the other in the unit bedroom ensuite). The master bedroom ensuite is to be renovated in November, 2009.
