at The Beach House in Arthur Bay

• The house is now fully booked until January 2009. This year we have a few overseas guests, but the majority of bookings are from Queensland, NSW and Victoria. The Beach House’s reputation is increasing, with people becoming aware of the need to book early for the popular holiday times. In March 2008 we took a booking for Easter, 2010.
• If you come when there’s a full moon, ensure you have the time to drink up the vista of the full moon cutting a swathe of light across the ocean.
• For out of town or out of state guests who may arrive late, an extra service is available upon request: if a shopping list is provided, the goods can be purchased and delivered to the cupboards or refrigerator. The fee will depend on the extent of the shopping, and will be extra for anything that has to be sourced from the mainland. 48 hours notice is needed for this.
• The rate from 1st January 2008 is $600. There will be an increase to $700/night as of 01 January 2010. As there are 3 queen beds and 1 double bed, TBG accommodates 8 guests. However, for extra singles or children, two single foldaway beds can be provided ($10/night per adult, $10/night per child). The Beach House accommodates a maximum of 10. There is a $300 up front fee for organised functions. Special conditions also apply.
